With Acquisition, Kaplan Now Offers Full-Service Bar Review Courses in 30 States

Kaplan, Inc. announced today that it has acquired The Study Group, a nationwide provider of self-study bar review with home study course offerings for full-service bar review in 30 U.S. states.
Currently, through its Kaplan PMBR unit, Kaplan provides preparation for the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE), as well as full-service preparation programs for students preparing for the state bar exams in New York, New Jersey and Florida. Combined, Kaplan PMBR and The Study Group will offer full-service bar review course offerings in 30 states and Multistate preparation across the country.
